PRE-COLUMBIAN TEXTILE WORKSHOP
A staff of archaeologists, conservators and artisans will lecture and carry out practical sessions on the structure, iconography, weaving and dying processes, and conservation techniques for pre-Columbian textiles.
The sessions will be conducted in English and Spanish at the Instituto Superior Yachay Wasi in Miraflores, Lima-Perú.
The Workshop includes a visit to the Yachay Wasi program for the reconstruction of pre Hispanic textiles at the Cajamarquilla Archaeological Project and ends with a visit to a Textile Collection in Lima

Price:
US$ 240 (Includes coffee breaks and lunch from Monday to Friday)

If requested, Yachay Wasi will coordinate for lodging in nearby hotels or student's boarding houses.
